The Carhartt Force line is a modern looking boot and it took me a little while to get used to the look. My son liked them right away. The boot is light and breathable just as advertised. I have worn these boots all day working in the woods, having fun with the ATV and just out for walk in nature. They easily survived hiking on trails this spring though mud, snow, and pools of melted snow. At the end of a day that included wading though ankle deep water my feet were dry and comfortable.

I would recommend these boots to anyone looking for a light, breathable boot to wear in the summer.
